1980s sweater by the queen of '80s sweaters, Nannell, aka Nannell Levine. Levine's sweaters could be worn next to the skin like blouses, and were highly decorative. Her sweater line lasted from 1982 to 1988 (the peak of popularity. '84-86), and they were hand-knit by ladies in Hong Kong. The sweaters were sold in very expensive boutiques.
